Site Engineer / Billing / Quantity Surveying (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
Qualification: B.E or Diploma Civil / Electrical / Mechanical
Experience: 2 to 5 Years’ Exp in Site Supervision/ Site Execution, detailed estimation, costing and Rate analysis.
Location : Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat
Responsibilities:
Will be working on Interior Design, Modular Furniture , Modular Kitchen , Electrical and Plumbing etc. Material logistics, Lead Chart, Market rates and the Specifications material.
Will be responsible to work on rate analysis in infrastructure projects based on various SOR/DSR standard book.
Working will be involved studying civil drawings, Architectural Drawing, Site Supervision and Resources Management and Co-ordination with Client, Co-Employee and Working Team etc. in the major field of Commercial, Residential, Office Spaces and Recreational Buildings etc.
